We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Gaming Manager to join our team at The Narellan Hotel. Our ideal candidate has worked in high volume venues and has had specific accountability for gaming operations. We value personality, commitment and a can do attitude as the keys to success.

The Role:

• The overall operations of the gaming room whilst of shift
• Leading and managing a team
• Regular coaching, training and mentoring of staff to improve them and service standards
• Ensuring the team is delivering excellent customer service
• Adherence & reporting to compliance and legislative matters
• Competitor research & analysis including daily & weekly reporting
• Promotional activities to drive revenue
• Continuous improvement in operations and service
• Recruitment & selection of gaming staff

About you:

• 5 years experience in a gaming manager role
• Strong leadership skills
• An ability to think outside the square
• Proven experience in delivering growth
• A thorough understanding of all things gaming including regulatory requirements
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Hands on approach with a natural ability to lead a team to be the best they can
