The Role
Fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Production Kitchen Manager to oversee all backend production in our state of the art warehouse, preparation of ingredients, sauces, premade food items for stores to assemble, distribution of stock to each Motto Motto outlets in the most efficient way, following both food safety legislations and company standards.
Experience in a production kitchen is a must, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in multi venue production, packaging, distributing, receiving purchase orders, packing them accordingly to leading a team of as much as 15.
This is a very hands on role, you will have to lead by example,
