Established in 2011, Fraser Place Melbourne offers 112 stylish Gold Standard serviced apartments.We are seeking a highly motivated Full Time Front Office Receptionist/Guest Service Agent to help deliver the 'The Fraser Difference' - a commitment to continuously develop products and services that meet the unique needs of our corporate clients and residents.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Guest Service Agents consistently demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and professionalism whilst delivering a personalised level of service to all our guests. In doing so, you will assist in:

  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient level of service is experienced by all guests from reservation, check-in, throughout their stay and upon departure
  • Maintain close and proactive relationships with all key operating departments to ensure that the guest experience is enhanced
  • Promote the Hotel's products and services
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about the hotel including successful conversion of business and up-selling
  • Process and input all reservations following Hotel reservations policies from all channels including emails, faxes, third party agents, phone calls, GDS systems.
  • Ensure that all correspondence relating to room enquiries is actioned promptly and efficiently.

ABOUT YOU

You will possess the following attributes:-

  • Previous Front Office or Reservation experience in a hotel or serviced residence environment
  • Focused, passionate and personable with immaculate presentation at all times
  • Well-developed organisational skills complimented with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate well in a team oriented environment
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and build rapport with guests as well as visitors
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster, including nights and weekends

You will need to be highly motivated in an environment where exceeding the expectations of our guests is the minimum standard.
