About the Role:
Predominately working in dispense bars, this role will require strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails as well as wine, beer and spirits. In this role you will also be required to have full knowledge of the menu, ingredients and floor service prior to moving into the bar. This role requires exceptional guest service and team work.  

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant 
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, beer and spirits
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
• Creative flair
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional grooming standard
• Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays
• RSA certificate
