Café/ Restaurant Manager Required
Preet International Pty Ltd is currently hiring café manager for immediate start. We are looking to expand further in our business with some new projects coming up. Need an experienced candidate who can bring in new ideas, be energetic and a committed team leader, who is not hesitant to perform all round jobs, takes pride and contributes majorly in growth of our business.
About the role:
This is a full time position requiring high service standards and proven management skills. Someone who is passionate and committed to Hospitality Industry is highly encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of management background in busy establishments
- Passion and extensive experience in food and beverage industry
- Innovative and not hesitant in performing all round duties
- Experience in training staff and set out operational procedures.
- Good coffee making skills with ability to jump into the kitchen (if required) to help in the preparation of meals
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality or Business
- Proven skills in menu planning and handling busy shifts
- Deep understanding of hygiene and health regulations
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Flexible availability is a must
Responsibilities
- Solely responsible for entire operations including rostering and recruitment.
- Effective budgeting and working closely on sale projections.
- Marketing and regular promotions
- Coordinating in menu creation and development in accordance with seasonal produce.
- Ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the entire venue.
- Ensuring all legal requirements and regulations are fulfilled at all the times.
- Train & communicate effectively with staff that remain relevant within Industry trends
- Ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service
- Ordering and stock Control
