Let's go makes every road trip an adventure. Our busy Perth branch is looking for a customer service focused individual to join the team.  This position will require you to wok in the front and back of house of the Let's Go Perth Branch operations.

What you’ll be doing

You'll get involved in providing customers with all the relevant information and support they need about our motorhomes and campervans to get them on their way to a great holiday by:

  • Providing details of rental agreements and processing rental payments.
  • Assisting with the check-out of vehicles by delivering walk through motorhome or campervan orientation to our customers.
  • Co-ordinating the check-in procedure when customers return their rental vehicle to the depot.
  • Operational support to process vehicle repairs including arranging servicing; and
  • Effective support for the Branch Manager in any other area including administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with cleaning and detailing of vehicles as required.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Computer literacy, as you’ll be utilising our online reservations system.
  • Ability to multi task and not afraid to get involved in all aspects of the business to ensure our customers have a wonderful experience.
  • A whatever it takes attitude.
  • Great organisation skills.
  • Developed communications skills both written and verbal as you’ll be dealing with people from all over the world.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Willingness and commitment to work on a rotating roster.
  • A current/clean driver's licence.
  • The right to work in Australia – either Australian residency or appropriate work visa.

There will be weekend work on a rotational basis, as dictated by the demand for our Motorhome and Campervan rentals – especially during seasonal holiday times. You will also be required to share the after-hours telephone customer support from time to time.
