- Managing the day to day operations of a busy outlet
- Delivering an outstanding customer service experience
- Crew selection and training
- Operational standards compliance
- Local marketing
- Motivating and educating your team
- Daily/weekly/monthly KPI's
- Reporting to Group Operations Manager
