We are looking for a full time or part time cook to join the team at RaRa, an exciting new modern Ramen bar. Experience in Japanese food preferred.

About Rara
RaRa is a local ramen bar serving up traditional bowls that you'd slurp on the streets of Japan. Our signature stocks are made in store daily as are the hand made noodles.

Specific requirements:

Knowledge of ramen and/or Japanese cuisine

Duties and responsibilities:

examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
help develop new menus
regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
preparing and cooking food
seasoning food during cooking
portioning food, plating up and garnishes
storing food in temperature controlled facilities
may train other kitchen staff and apprentices
