The popular Australian QSR chain is searching for a new leader for their Randwick shop. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to head up a team in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. If you love having ownership over your own site and building a core team that drives sales through the roof then look no further- this is your dream job. Focusing on customer service and guest experience, you will have ownership and accountability over your shops's performance; including P&L statements, people management and business development.

With the full support of your head office, you will be expected to achieve results in an area that is currently in the midst of development plans. With UNSW and Prince of Wales hospital a stone's throw away, the possibilities for new business are endless!
Use your innovative marketing skills to build up new clientele that keep coming back for more. 

This is a senior management role so it is essential that you have a thorough background in financial management including labour costs, COGs and stock/waste management. You will be able to demonstrate these factors as they apply to a P&L statement.  Your accountability of the weekly figures should fuel your management strategy and push your team to drive sales.

The right candidate will have:

-Previous experience in a senior management role
-Demonstrated understanding of Financial Management
-Experience actioning strategies to reduce labour costs and cost of goods
-Background with business development strategies
-Involvement in food preparation
