Campus Life is looking for a passionate Junior Pizza Chef to join the team at our popular outlet within Macquarie University’s North Ryde Campus.
Reporting the to Head Pizza Chef, you will be trained to create delicious, stone fired pizzas and assist with the creation of new menu items.
If you’re innovative, committed and can demonstrate a passion for learning the art of high quality, wood fired pizza - this could be the role for you!
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated passion for learning the art of wood fired pizza creation
- Extensive high-volume kitchen experience
- Proven excellence in customer service with a strong eye for detail
- Impeccable presentation and hygiene
- Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations
Desirable (but not essential)
- Prior commercial pizza making experience
- Use of a stone / wood fired oven will be highly regarded
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
