ABOUT THE ROLE

- 9:00am - 5:30pm 3 days a week plus every third Saturday 9:30am - 1:00pm
- Providing outstanding customer service ins a travel agency where you will get quality enquiries
- Taking care of all clients travel needs flights, transfers, accommodation, tours etc.
- bookings range from $1,500 weekends away to $100K plus round the world itineraries

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 1-2 years travel consulting experience (current or recent)
- Good solid knowledge of a GDS
- Great sales and relationship building experience
- Excellent customer service skills - going above and beyond client’s expectations
- Happy, bubbly, warm and driven personality
- A passion and love for the travel industry
- Ability to work within a team environment as well as working closely with another consultant in a job share role
