As an integral part of the Kitchen Team your responsibilities will include:
- the cleanliness and sanitising of all surfaces
- washing of crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and heavy kitchen equipment
- rubbish removal
- keeping floors and areas free of obstruction and hazards
- ordering and receiving of chemicals and cleaning materials
- operation of commercial dishwashers
- maintaining compliance with WHS and HACCP regulations
The ideal candidate will display behaviours that align with the Clubs values, enjoy working in a team environment and be passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
This role is being offered on a full time basis Monday to Friday, however during peak periods and public holidays such as Christmas and New Year you may be required to work regardless of the day of the week.
This is a physically demanding role that requires you to be fit, healthy, and capable of some heavy lifting. You may be required to undertake a pre-employment medical as part of the employment process. The ability to follow instructions quickly, have a calm and confident manner under pressure is essential for this role.
