The Role | Food & Beverage Supervisor
This is a truly unique role within a truly unique precinct. Our team knows what it takes to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant event driven destination. Leading a large team of bartenders and floor staff the Venue Manger will be accountable for the day to day operations of The Brewery Bar + Kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership of a diverse team creating a strong culture of performance and greatness
- Managing financials including forecasting, budgeting and reporting
- Major event activations and extended operations
- Coaching, development and recruitment of talent
- Ensure compliance with RSA & RCG legislation
- Develop commercial partnerships with key vendors
- Drive service standards and guest experience, with an eye for detail
The Person:
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Self-starter possessing the inner drive to continually improve
- Positive & energetic attitude
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Leader with the ability to coach and motivate team
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Practical knowledge of RSA & RCG harm minimisation best practice
- Understanding of workplace safety legislation
- Minimum of 2+ years in a similar management position
- Unlimited work rights in Australia
