FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT
(CASUAL)
We are seeking experienced, hands-on Food and Beverage attendants with a can-do attitude to join our team for an exciting role. We're looking for someone who loves finding solutions and can pre-empt clients' needs.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, hands-on and committed professional to fill a food & beverage attendant position on a casual basis.
This is a hand-on role, in which you will need to work across multiple outlets, including restaurant, conferencing, mini bar, room service & bar. You will always aim to ensure quality service standards and guest satisfaction in all areas.
You will have:
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Decent knowledge of and a passion for the food and beverage industry
- Experience in functions and banquets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Superior level of service to offer your guest
You will be:
- Dedicated with a strong work ethic
- Flexible, yet reliable
- Prepared to work a rotating roster with a combination of both days and nights
- Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
