Deliver once-in-a-lifetime daily. As a Premium Consultant at American Express, you will be providing world’s best customer experience every day. 

You are a brand ambassador who takes pride in the quality of their work.  Using your knowledge and experience you will create personalized travel experiences that wow our Card members, in a timeframe that exceeds their expectations, effectively building long-term relationships with American Express.

Every Card member is unique, so no two days are the same and there is plenty of variety to keep you motivated!

We’re looking for you to have the following:

• Passion for and ability to provide exceptional Customer Service
• Travel experience including geography knowledge, products and systems
• Strong knowledge of a GDS system
• Fares and ticketing knowledge
• A strong desire to exceed targets in customer satisfaction
• A strong understanding of luxury products including airlines, hotel and cruise and tour companies.
