The role will be offered as casual employment, but full time may be offered to the right person.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Consistently deliver a high quality product in a timely manner;
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills;
- A deep knowledge and understanding of modern culinary techniques;
- Extensive knowledge of modern Australian cuisine;
- Deliver Menu modifications in consultation with our team;
- Experience working in a large busy bistro environment;
- The ability to work under pressure;
- Comply with and follow HACCP regulations and safety standards;
- Be HACCP qualified.
