bills has an exciting opportunity for an energetic, passionate and self-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the team at our Darlinghurst location.
About the role:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of both the front and back of house.
You will be:
- Heavily involved in the profitability and expenses for your venue;
- Working in a fast-paced, bustling venue with a strong focus on delivering high standards and an exceptional product;
- Assisting your team to develop skills around product knowledge, service, team culture and guest relationships.
About you:
- You must have management experience working in a high volume café/Restaurant.
- You will be a natural leader who loves all things hospitality with experience in your field and transferable skills.
- You will be able to demonstrate a high concern for order.
- You will bring ideas and initiatives to the table and are happy to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
