WA Airport Hospitality
WA Airport Hospitality group, part of the renowned Red Rock Leisure hospitality company, operate five highly successful cafes, bars, and restaurants in the bustling T1 terminal of Perth Airport. Due to ongoing expansion and growth, we have found ourselves in need of additional Front of House superstars who have a passion for great service and are ready to join a driven and enthusiastic team of professionals.
So if you have a love for coffee, an enthusiasm for the art of bartending, and are excited to get involved in one of the busiest and most diverse locations Perth has to offer, please apply!
The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:
- Self-motivation and confidence
- Experience in coffee making (a barista qualification will be highly regarded)
- A minimum of three years experience with fast paced café/bar environments
- A passion for coffee culture and a fair amount of knowledge regarding coffee equipment
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- A bright and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to work in a team as well as being capable of working autonomously
- Approved Managers cards are highly advantageous!
WA Airport Hospitality operates on a 24 hour basis, which means there are plenty of hours available. Ideally, applicants will have flexible availability and will be capable of working weekends.

Day to day, this position requires staff to serve alcohol, prepare delicious coffees, keep the venue tidy, and maintain high levels of customer service.
