We are seeking a Cafe Supervisor to join us and manage our amazing Front of House team. The venue is set in a spectacular location by the water, boasting one of Port Macquarie's most stunning backdrops, Flynn's Beach. The cafe maintains a relaxed atmosphere while producing high quality food, with an emphasis on great service and quality produce. Day work and a fantastic team culture- this is truly an opportunity not to be missed.
The successful applicant will have proven leadership experience in a busy cafe and exceptional barista skills. They will be dedicated to great customer service and foster a fun, harmonious and efficient work environment for their team. As well as being a hospitality superstar, the ideal candidate will be well experienced in leading in the industry with a passion for growth and development and a desire to take ownership of a unique cafe location.
Reporting directly to The Partners, the successful candidate will:
- Have proven management experience in a fast cafe
- Be passionate about the hospitality industry and maintain a good knowledge of industry trends
- Have exceptional barista skills including troubleshooting of the machine and grinder
- Know and love good food!
- Have interest and experience managing social media accounts including Instagram and Facebook
- Nurture a positive, upbeat environment for both staff and customers
- Be confident, energetic and hardworking
- Have natural leadership abilities and be committed to their team
- Be dedicated to exceptional customer service
- Motivate the team on a daily basis to deliver exceptional customer service through polished and professional service
- Be loyal, trustworthy and reliable
- Be speedy, efficient and motivated with a fabulous work ethic
- Be available to work weekdays and weekends from 6:30am until 3:30pm
- Be extremely well presented complete with charisma and a sensational smile!
