  • Cleaning – including general cleaning of all amenities, cabins, laundry and office areas
  • Grounds and building maintenance – including lawn moving, rubbish removal, pool cleaning  testing and recording, checking and cleaning gutters, general handyman repair work and liaising with subcontractors to coordinate tree and termite checks
  • Marketing and customer service – marketing the Tourist Village to the wider community and showing the village to interested tenants
  • OH&S – responsible for maintaining OH&S standards of the Tourist Village
