Tap831 is an ultra-modern, two story restaurant and bar in Docklands that aims to be creative, contemporary and sophisticated, yet casual. Here we call it "The fun, friendly and everything social" attitude.
This is a full time position where you will be managing, leading and motivating our FOH team.
Skills and traits you will need to possess include:
- Have the ability to nurture a customer-centric working environment and lead by example
- Work closely with our head chef to meet the business objectives
- Have a solutions focused approach to problem solving and daily operation issues
- Be able to maintain and safe and clean working environment for both you staff and customers
- Have at least 2 years relevant restaurant experience in a similar fast paced restaurant
- Experience working with events will also be highly regarded. (celebrations/corporate events etc)
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Have exceptional organisational and leadership skills
- Possess a can-do attitude with the ability to act efficiently and resiliently at all times
- Must have a fun and vibrant personality
