The Local Shack Scarborough is located on the best beach in Western Australia. The vibrancy of this location makes it feel like a holiday!

We are seeking Experienced Managers whom we can promote within, eventually to an area management position.

The duties and responsibilities of the role would consist of the following (but would not be limited to):

stocktake
ordering
organising
rostering
staff morale
resolving issues
customer service
ensuring all staff are presentable and in uniform
reporting figures
maintaining staff labour percentage
maintaining cost of goods
reaching KPI's
completing checklists
maintaining OHS
cleanliness

The candidate must have an approved managers card and a number of years experience in a busy venue. The skills must include leadership, awareness with a positive attitude, knowledge on staff percentage and cost of goods.
