Mantra on View is in the centre of Surfers Paradise, offering hotel –style rooms and suites which appeal to a cross-section of business and leisure travellers. It has a busy onsite restaurant, Nosh, and is also a leading conference and function destination, with state of the art facilities and theatre style seating for up to 550.
We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual who is hungry for career progression and wants to take on the role of Banquet Operations Manager, working within our busy Food and Beverage Department.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager, you will run the front of house operations during busy service periods, as well as working alongside your team and motivating them to deliver outstanding customer service and improved financial results. Your previous experience with rostering, team development & overall co-ordination of the department will be crucial.
A current RSA is essential and RMLV is highly regarded. You will have a passion for sequence of service and a desire to create an amazing experience for each and every customer along with a strong understanding of the day to day operations of the Banquet Department
