Modo Mio is a brand new Italian Restaurant/Pizzeria in Castle Hill Sydney. We are a dynamic and vibrant team who are keen to share our passion for food and hospitality with the Hills Locals. We are a young team, and are looking for candidates who have the energy and passion to match us.
About the role
Pizza Chef:
- 2+ years experience with a wood fire oven
- Full time availability
- Production and ability to work with hand tossed dough
- Creativity and passion when it comes to pizza

Work calmly in a busy environment
Duties include: - Setting up pizza section and prepping section
- Making dough and rolling bases
- Assisting Chef with additional prep tasks
Waiter/Waitress:
- 1-2 Years experience
- Ability to keep up with a fast paced environment
- Impeccable customer service
- Cool, calm and collected under pressure
- Confident and strong personality
- Reliable, punctual, professional
- Excellent organisational skills and self motivated
- Immaculate presentation and communication
Bartender:
- 2+ Years bar experience
- Valid RSA/ Competency Card
- Cocktail experience and good knowledge of wine
- Coffee making experience
- Customer service skills and a team player
Chef:
- 2+ Years experience - demonstrated experience in an Italian restaurant is essential
- The ability to be flexible and work in high pressure situations
- Team player with a passion for food and innovation.
Benefits and perks
The venue is conveniently located near a bus station. We operate as a restaurant with a PSA, open seven days a week until midnight (earlier at the start of the week) so you won't be expected to do shifts into the early mornings. However as we trade seven days, there are plenty of shifts available for the right candidate.
