Rydges Capital Hill is 4 star property in the Parliamentary Triangle with 186 rooms. With extensive food & beverage outlets including 14 conference rooms with capacity for events up to 400 people and 2 food & beverage outlets.
The food and beverage team is seeking for an highly motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to consolidate our team.
Your duties will include:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working across a range of events in a fast paced environment, preferably in a 4-star environment.
What you need:
- Strong supervisor skills, with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience
- Ability to lead by example and inspire a large team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to anticipate our guest needs
- Experience working across a diverse range of Conference and Events preferred
- Outstanding communication and team work skills
- Experience in effective staff utilisation by assisting in roster preparation and management
- A professional can do attitude
- Flexibility and a willingness to work a variety of shifts. This includes weekends and weekdays on a 7 day rotating roster
- Leading and managing a team to ensure excellence and consistency in the product and service delivered our guests
To be successful in the role, you will have unlimited work rights in Australia and will be available to work shift works, including weekends and public holidays as per our business demands. You will have immaculate presentation and a great communicator.
