About the position
This position is responsible for the day to day supervision of our Food and Beverage operations, whilst ensuring consistent, friendly, courteous and professional service. Duties also include table service of food and beverage, supporting the Food and Beverage team with efficient resolution of minor complaints and maintaining effective working relationships between the restaurant and kitchen staff.
About you
We are seeking a confident and resilient leader, with the natural ability to build and maintain solid working relationships. The successful applicant will have similar leadership experience in a restaurant environment.
