The Role

A rare opportunity has become available for an exceptional State Manager to lead, motivate, coach and develop a team of Multi-Site Managers and drive strategic plans in line with the national direction to ensure optimal performance is maintained across your business 

Key responsibilities include;

• Overall accountability for results within your region
• Recruitment, leadership and coaching of business leaders
• A strong focus on continuous development and improvement of self & team and the effective delivery of all store leadership and people management responsibilities
• Leading by example in delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Recruitment and planning for new store openings
• Ensuring exceptional food quality, safety and cleanliness requirements are maintained
• Develop and action annual restaurant reviews based on strategic direction and key KPI results

Skills Required

• A minimum of 5-7 years experience in a Senior Capacity, within a customer centric hospitality business / AND-OR / Director of F&B
• Hospitality / Hotels / Restaurant & Bar / Leisure backgrounds preferred but not essential
• Ability to lead and engage people while driving high performance
• Passion in delivering a great experience for your customers
• Ability to translate vision/purpose into action, strong influencing skills
• Time management and decision making skills in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills  
• Sound business acumen
