We are looking for someone with flare and a passion for cooking, that's able to cook on our pasta section in our fast paced Italian restaurant. we make our own fresh pasta and gnocchi, experience not necessary for either as our head chef is happy to teach. you will be expected to monitor stock levels on your section and report ordering to head chef. Long term we are looking for someone to fill the void of sous chef in the kitchen and become a leader. we do weekly specials which you will have a say in, and change our menu twice a year accordingly.
we close Mondays, and Saturday & sunday mornings, and you will have another day off throughout the week.
we also close all public holidays and for 3 weeks over Christmas.
as well as our a le carte menu we also do banquette style functions as well as alternate drop and tapas for our cocktail bar.
