Job Description

To assist us in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service, we are currently seeking  enthusiastic Part Time Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping Team in our Villa rooms.

As a Room Attendant your primary duties will be to:

  • Service and clean guest rooms within the hotel and villas
  • Deliver linen and bedding to and from guest rooms
  • Maintain the general cleanliness of hotel public areas
  • Work autonomously to meet daily targets and deadlines, while responding to all guest servicing requests.
  • Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to make a connection with hotel guests.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation, be energetic, friendly, organized, enjoy working in a team environment and be passionate to provide the highest level of customer service.  All candidates must be available to work a rotating roster including holidays and weekends, with increased availability to be expected to work additional hours over peak periods.
