Flexi Staff Pty Ltd is a leading Australian owned and managed company specialising in all aspects of recruitment and labour-hire. Due to our continuous growth and success, we have an immediate requirement for a Duty Manager (Food & Beverage).

Duties and Responsibilities (but are not limited to the following):

• Ensure all members and guests are provided with outstanding service
• Day to day running of the business, strong managerial skills are essential

• Oversee all cash management controls by food & beverage staff.
• Maintain inventory controls of all stock

• Responsible for ensuring operational food hygiene, health and safety management is compliant with guidelines
• Maintain an efficient program of rostering to ensure a high standard of service with the use of efficient and appropriate man-hours

Essential Criteria:

• Current WA RSA & Approved Manager’s (Mandatory)

• Need to be flexible as you will work rostered shifts including nights and weekends.
• A history in understanding operational controls, budgeting and forecasting
• Experience using POS systems
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Have demonstrated experience (Min 2 years) in a similar role in a high volume customer environment.

• Proven ability to train and develop team members
