Our Relocation Services team located in Welshpool are seeking a proactive and customer service focused Global Mobility Coordinator (GMC) to join the team on a full time contract during a period of parental leave of one of our team members.

The Position:

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the GMC is responsible for coordinating domestic and international relocations and acts as the point of contact for our corporate clients during their relocation journey.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Organising domestic and international removals
  • Booking travel, transport, accommodation and other third party services
  • Coordinating Destination Services, such as orientations, home and school searches
  • Maintaining relationships with our global partners
  • File administration, such as reconciling and authorising invoices and database maintenance
  • Insurance implementation
  • Problem solving of ad hoc relocation related issues

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in the GMC role, candidates must be:

  • Customer focussed with the ability to deliver a consistently professional level of service to corporate clients
  • Ability to form and maintain strong and productive relationships with corporate clients and other internal and external stakeholders
  • IT literate and experienced with the Microsoft Office suite, and willing to learn new systems and processes
  • Efficient and concise administration skills
  • Highly organised and a strong attention to detail
  • Articulate written and verbal communication skills and comfortable working with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds
  • Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Experienced in a service sales environment and/or working in global relocations will be advantageous
