We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced and suitably qualified Business Development Executive to join our multi award-winning MICE team.
By utilising your experience in meeting targets, business development and budgets, your natural business development talents and existing market relationships, you will excel in promoting the Hotel to drive product awareness and increase revenue across the MICE business.
To succeed in this role you will;
- Have a proven performance record with experience in MICE Sales.
- Have demonstrated success in regularly exceeding targets established within a balanced scorecard framework.
- Hold an excellent knowledge and understanding of the Perth tourism market.
- Possess strong analytical skills to understand and respond to key business indicators and competitive trends.
- Be someone who is driven to source and secure new business and thrives in a fast-paced performance driven environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and creative skills.
- Be a dynamic, focused, and self-motivated professional.
- Have immaculate presentation and grooming with pride in representing your product to the market.
- Hold an unencumbered, current WA drivers’ license
