Food & Beverage Assistant Manager role :

Experience is essential

Take customer's orders, serve food and beverages, prepare itemized checks, take payments.
Young & energetic with a drive to excel in all service standards
Experience in doing events and doing large functions
Must have computer skills
Must have RSA/RCG
Must be professional, polite, and reliable. Must be able to learn and describe Food proficiently and upsell from our wine list
Must know the menu well and upsell food items
Must be able to drive to work place
Close proximity to south west Sydney ,Liverpool
Part time role : can move to full time soon
Rotating shifts to bar & gaming

Essential:_ Restaurant experience is a requirement (minimum 1-2 yrs experience)
