New Quarter is right in the heart of Richmond with the MCG around the corner, you will need to have worked in a high standard, high volume restaurant before.
We believe that through amazing service and food we give guest an experience that they haven't had before. We are a part of Commune Group which is a young, passionate hospitality driven company.
As a supervisor you will be working closely with the Restaurant Manager ensuring the restaurant standards are maintained.
What we need...
You would have worked in a managerial or supervisor role for at least 2 years
A passion for the industry and seeing yourself grow within the role
A natural leader with a ability to multi task
Ability to lead a shift and manage a team of up to 8 staff at a time
A positive attitude, as we are all in it together
Problem solving in high pressure situations
A team leader that will nurture and support our amazing team
Maintain standards of food and service
