The fun Front Office Team at PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is currently looking for an experienced and passionate Front Office Supervisor who is wanting exposure as a Duty Manager to join our friendly team on a Full-Time basis.
The Role:
- Support the entire Front Office Operation
- Step up to be Manager on Duty when required
- Take ownership for the continued training and development of our Guest Service Agents
- And most importantly, exceed (internal & external) guests' expectations!
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager will be highly regarded
- Experience with Opera
- Exposure to situation handling, and the confidence to problem solve autonomously
- A passion for the hospitality industry & an eye for detail
- A customer service focus and enjoy working in a team environment
- Ability to remain accurate and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including AM, PM, overnights and weekends
