We are looking for a reliable, energetic and experienced professional motel manager/couple from mid July 2018 for 40 units corporate motel in Riverina area with no restaurant and no kitchen. The Management Couple will be responsible for managing hands on daily operations at the Hotel. The position will work with the owner to achieve strategic business objectives and outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced, energetic management couple to oversee the day to day operations of this motel and be responsible for all aspects of the smooth running of the business, with a primary focus on maintaining an excellent standard of customer service while ensuring administrative operations are kept up to date. We require managers that are dedicated, hard working, trustworthy and willing to put in the hard yards to increase occupancy and keep the motel immaculate.
Requirements are:
- Relevant motel management experience of a similar scale.
- Implement Company Policies and Procedures to deliver targeted outcomes
- Report on marketing/sales statistical performance to support ongoing marketing strategies.
- Experience in GuestPoint booking system or knowledge of similar system.
- Ground and general maintenance experience.
- Manage a small team of cleaners.
- Assistance with housekeeping and laundry duties
- Must be well presented, strong sales and marketing focus, great customer service and good communication and administrative skills.
An attractive package plus incentive bonus is on offer for the successful candidates. 2 Bedroom apartment will be provided free of charge. This is a live-on position.
