The primary objective of this role is to oversee all operational matters relating to the on- premise side of the business.

Detailed role requirements are as follows:

·         Providing direction to a team who are passionate hospitality professionals

·         Ensuring our customers are receiving excellent Customer Service at every interaction

·         Event management and planning

·         Staff management including performance, rostering and recruitment

·         Developing and improving staff morale to create an energetic & engaged team

·         Ability to work within budget guidelines

·         Management of inventory and cash

·         Communication with company General Manager/Owner and other internal business units

·         Ensuring that hotel procedures are followed

Minimum requirements for this position:

·         Approved Manager's Licence

·         RSA & RSG certificates

·         Experience in a similar role

·         Basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs including outlook, word and excel

·         Marketing & Entertainment Knowledge

·         Gaming Compliance

The said position will entail approximately 45 hours per week. Actual working hours are flexible; however some night work and weekend work will be required. Please note that the position is a 'hand's on' role and the successful applicant will be required to lead by example.
