A new and exciting opportunity exists for a Sous Chef to join the Commercial Club Albury.  Reporting directly to the Executive Chef you will assist in the management and development of their highly dynamic and experienced team.

To be successful in this position you will:

• Be a qualified and experienced Chef with previous experience managing a team
• Be able to provide training, supervision and direction to kitchen staff
• Have experience working in a large, busy kitchen environment
• Assist with staff rostering
• Have demonstrated experience working in all aspects of preparing and cooking modern cuisine including fine dining, bistro, café and function and events
• Assist in menu planning, stock ordering, rotation and quality control
• Be confident, organised and forward thinking
• Be flexible, committed and reliable
• Be an Australian resident
