We are looking for an experience Chef with a background in high end restaurants or hatted restaurants to join the team and take on the charcuterie section. This is a diverse section and would also include cheese, bread and yoghurt making. This is a great section for chefs who would like to expand their knowledge and tackle something new!
Ideal chefs will be passionate, have solid restaurant experience and be serious about their career and working for a top Sydney restaurant. If successful you will gain access to incredible weekly tips, great working hours and a kitchen you will love working in every day!
