Blue Star Catering has been successfully catering in Newcastle and the Hunter for over 20 years. Our flagship venues being Harbourviews at Queens Wharf and Fort Scratchley with the additional arm of offsite catering with no event being too out of reach.
Our Executive Chef Felicity is offering an opportunity to take one chosen First or Second year Junior Apprentice Chef who is serious about food and learning the best catering cuisine and food styles plus methods of running a successful commercial kitchen.
Experience and passion for food is essential, punctuality, work ethic personal presentation and respect is also essential for you to be a successful chef and employee representative of Blue Star.
