The Bathers' Pavilion is located at Balmoral Beach at the start of Sydney's northern beaches and operates with a fine dining Restaurant, upmarket Cafe, Function Room, Kiosk and Gallery. Production for these areas is done through the 3 kitchens we have on site.
We are looking for enthusiastic full time demi chefs to work in both our busy Cafe and fine dining Restaurant.
The Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week and the Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
Bathers' is accessible via public transport or there is street parking in the vicinity. Staff meals are provided each day. And during summer you can also go for a swim in your break!
We will consider a working holiday visa but no student visas as we consider this role to be fulltime.
