Our highly successful company within the hospitality industry is rapidly expanding and requires an experienced sous chef to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a people person who will share our passion for good food and our drive to be the best in the business.
The Sous Chef position is a hands-on role, with a high degree of attention to detail required, as well as experience supervising junior kitchen staff members and managing deliveries & orders. It is expected that applicants for this role will:
- Have significant sous chef experience within a fast paced, high-pressure environment (minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef is envisioned)
- Be able to work autonomously and take a leadership role within our high performing team
- Display a punctual, professional and reliable character
- Demonstrate flexibility, high-level organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
