Hotel 520 is a stunning entertainment venue offering a new level of 'entertainment for everyone'. It features an impressive restaurant, sports bar, TAB, function room/lounge, kids club, bottle shop, live entertainment and membership benefits.
Hotel 520 is totally dedicated to providing a unique experience to its patrons. To ensure we continue to achieve this on a consistent basis we are seeking to appoint an experienced Duty Manager to join our leadership team.
This position requires:
- Maintaining high customer service standards throughout the hotel at all times.
- Applying a hands on leadership style (Leading by Example)
- Effective supervision & directing of staff (positive influencer)
- Experience in gaming & TAB operations is essential
- Experience with food, bar and entertainment services.
- Current RSA, Gaming License and TAB Cash Control certificate
- Flexible to work shifts (Full time position – 10 hour day, 4 day per week roster).
