Job tasks and responsibilities
GDS experience (Galileo and /or Sabre & CCTE)
Providing our clients with the best travel package deals.
Offering prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients.
Assisting clients with reservations, transfers and changes.
Responding to client questions, concerns and inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism.
Securing new client sales and retention through exceptional customer service.
Skills and experience
Minimum 2 years of GDS experience (Galileo and /or Sabre with CCTE).
Prior inbound call centre customer service/sales experience considered .
MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS GDS experience (Galileo / CCTE) .
High attention to detail & strong sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
English speaking and Australian permanent resident
Must be a strong team player.
