Positions Available

• Assistant Restaurant Manager

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee all service staff in their allocated positions; ensure all job responsibilities are being upheld;
• Ensure all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times;
• Liaise with kitchen on daily menu changes and update menus accordingly;
• Effective communication during pre-service briefings of information relating to food, beverage, guest and daily operations;
• Ongoing, strategic planning of staff management;
• Post service completion of the daily reports;
• Coordination of weekly ongoing training programs and seminars;
• On the job training for service staff, including training on guest relations, service standards and menu knowledge;
