This is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow and be trained by some of the best chefs in Australia.

As part of the culinary team you will assist in leading a driven and committed team in the kitchen and oversee the daily operations of the kitchen where you will report to the Head Chef. In this role you will ensure the highest standard of delivery across a range of events and have the opportunity to be a creative force in menu design for ongoing seasonal menus. 

Work with a team motivated by the desire to offer world class experiences and food memories showcasing their practices and passion for food, the region and their produce for this remarkable venue consisting of a Bistro, Cellar Door and Sculpture Park.
