About the role
 
Are you an experienced Supervisor and customer service focused professional looking for your next challenge? If yes, come and join the Norths Group as a Customer Service Supervisor & Relief Customer Service Manager. You will be responsible for working with the management team in the smooth running of the Club’s day to day operations. You will have a constant presence on the floor with a ‘hands on’ approach where you are leading by example. Using your expertise behind the bar and your knowledge of gaming operations on a daily basis you will never be bored.

  • Ability to prepare reports utilising your skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Exemplary cash handing capabilities.
  • Practical compliance experience.
  • A sound understanding of the nature of our business and the members we serve.
 
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Substantial hospitality/entertainment experience.
  • A motivating leadership style that brings out the best in your team.
  • Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation including current RSA, RCG and First Aid certification.
  • Computer literacy essential, and eBet gaming would be highly regarded.
  • Availability to work weekends, nights and day shifts.
  • An eye for detail across the board.
