Zack’s is currently looking for a motived full-time Duty Manager to support their F&B team.  If you have strong leadership skills, can drive a team & have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

With the guidance of the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of Zack’s Restaurant, Bar & Gaming areas, as well as oversee Functions & Accommodation as required.

This role includes:

• Maintaining a high standard of customer service that Burke & Wills Hotel is known for;
• Cash handling, till & EFTPOS operation;
• Keno & Gaming machine operation;
• Hotel Compliance;
• Stock control;
• Maintaining smooth operation of the hotel in the Manager’s absence.

The suitable applicant will possess:

• Experience in F&B, Gaming, Keno & Functions;
• RSA;
• RSG;
• RMLV & Approved Manager’s Licence (or willingness to obtain);
• Experience with accommodation will be viewed favourably.
