Our Client is a luxury cruise operator selling bespoke journeys worldwide. They are looking for a travel industry professional that can speak Japanese to join their trade sales team and assist in making travel agency bookings

Trade Reservations Consultants are responsible for the warm and friendly reception and customer service of all travel industry partners.


JOB DESCRIPTION:


* Sell cruises to various destinations along with optional programs
* Utilize sales skills to close cruise bookings as well as optional programs.
* Service incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
* Consistently demonstrate a friendly, patient and positive attitude
* Provide valuable information and make appropriate suggestions to callers
* Communicate cruise related requests to the appropriate department


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Must Speak either fluent Japanese & Fluent English
* Outstanding Customer Service skills and experience
* Strong personal presentation and interpersonal skills
* Strong computer and administration skills
* A background in Sales or Reservations
* The ability to work autonomously and part of a team
* Immaculate communication skills both written and oral
* Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
