Our client is an Leading 5 Star Hotel in Melbourne and we are currently looking for a Front Office Manager to join their team.The Successfull candidate will have a proven track record in a similar a FOM wnting to Step Up into a RDM role with experience in Leading International Hotels with the following criteria:
- Experience as a Front Office Manager
- International 5 Star Hotel experience
- Degree qualified in Hospitality
- Previous experience in all area of Front Office
- Revenue Management Strategies
- Guest Focused
- Attention to detail
- A proven track record in leadership, coaching and development of a small team
- Understanding of SEO, Social Marketing and E-Marketing
- Systems driven
- Sound Business & Financial Acumen
- Creative & Innovative thinker
- Market Share & Forecasting
- Performance Management
- High level of financial acumen including solid experience with P & L and KPIs
- Ability to achieve and excel under pressure
- Impeccable level of personal presentation (please include a recent photo).
- Strong presentation, communication & negotiation skills
